Delivery
Is delivery really free?
Yes. Delivery is free on every order to a UK address, with no minimum spend. The price you see is the price you pay.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We only deliver to addresses in the UK.
Can I order several items at once?
Of course. Delivery is still free, however much you order. Larger items such as rugs may arrive in a separate parcel.
Returns and refunds
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items need to be unused, in the same condition you received them, with tags and in the original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email us at haumai.store@gmail.com with your order number. Please don't send anything back before we've replied. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return label and instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
My item arrived damaged or isn't what I ordered. What should I do?
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right.

Our products
Are curtain sizes for one curtain or a pair?
Curtain sizes are shown as width x drop for each curtain panel. If you're unsure which size you need, get in touch before you order and we'll help.
What does blackout mean?
Our blackout curtains have a special backing that cuts down the light coming through, which is ideal for bedrooms, nurseries and anyone who works shifts.
How do I wash my throw, cushion or rug?
Care instructions are listed on every product page under Care. Following them helps keep your item soft and looking its best.
What size throw should I choose?
As a guide, around 125 x 150cm suits an armchair or sofa, 150 x 200cm suits a sofa or single bed, and 200 x 240cm covers a double or king-size bed.
Paying and your order
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. All payments go through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at haumai.store@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help before your order is sent.
