Shipping policy

Delivery

We offer free delivery on all UK orders. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Delivery times

• Most items: usually delivered within 3–8 working days of your order.
• Selected items shipped from our international warehouse: usually delivered within 7–15 working days. These items are clearly marked on the product page.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may take a few extra days.

Multiple parcels

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Late or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the times above, email us at haumai.store@gmail.com and we'll look into it straight away. If it hasn't arrived within 30 days of your order, we'll give you a full refund.
